Welcome to Diosa Flows. By booking services, entering the studio, or engaging with our offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our space and the safety of our community. Please read carefully..

All pole rentals must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Sessions are reserved by the hour, beginning on the hour. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled time to avoid charges. Please note that late arrivals do not extend your session. If you exceed your scheduled time, you will be charged for an additional hour.

This is a shared space. Only individuals with a booked pole rental are allowed in the studio. Non-members may not bring guests into the studio Please respect the energy and time of others by arriving and exiting within your scheduled window. Parking Policy: from sunrise to sunset, guests are asked to utilize available street parking. Reserved parking spaces marked Unit D may be used from sunset until closing during fall and winter hours.

Studio Access Instructions must be followed when booking your session, you’ll receive a code that unlocks the studio’s key lockbox.

For your safety and the safety of others, lotions, oils, and body butters must not be used prior to your session. Proper grip and clean poles are essential for Studio Equipment Use.

The studio is equipped with four X-Stages: three Chrome 45mm poles and one Powder-Coated 45mm pole. A set of Allen wrenches is provided for tightening screws or adjusting the poles between static and spin modes.

We kindly ask that you inspect each X-Pole before and after your session to ensure everything is secure and in good condition. If you notice any damage or irregularities, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly and keep the space safe for everyone. You are expected to clean your pole before and after use with the alcohol and rags provided. Heels are welcome at Diosa Flows, but they must be clean and appropriate for pole use. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and do not enter the studio until your reserved time begins.

There are cameras onsite for safety. Keep music at a respectful volume, and be mindful of others who may be renting during your session. At the end of your session, turn off all lights, speakers, and close any open windows. Leave the space in the same beautiful condition it was in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the studio. Use of any equipment including crash mats, yoga mats/blocks, and the studio speakers, is at your own discretion.

By participating in any activity at Diosa Flows, you acknowledge that pole dancing and aerial arts are physically demanding and carry inherent risk. You agree to release Diosa Flows, its owners, and its staff from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the space.

Flow passes are month-to-month starting with a two month commitment and are non-refundable. Misuse of the space or violation of any studio policy may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

We believe in creating a sanctuary of movement and expression. Diosa Flows is a space that welcomes and honors all bodies, backgrounds, and identities. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated. Our community thrives when mutual respect and safety are prioritized.
