What to Wear
At Diosa Flows, we want you to feel confident, safe, and empowered during every session—and what you wear plays a big part in that.
Skin is Your Best Grip!
Pole dancing relies heavily on skin-to-pole contact, which means:
The more skin that’s out, the better your grip will be.
We recommend wearing pole shorts and a sports bra, crop top, or fitted tank.
Avoid leggings or full-length clothing unless you're doing choreography or warmups off the pole.
Absolutely NO lotion, oils, or body butters should be used before your session, as they can make the pole slippery and unsafe.
Come As You Are
Whether you're flowing in shorts and bare feet or strutting in heels and sparkle, the most important thing is that you feel free, safe, and sexy in your skin.
Heels are not required—they’re just another way to express your style and sensuality.
If you wear heels, make sure they’re clean and studio-safe before stepping on the pole.
